Walk the Walk

So many of us—myself included—spend far too much time and energy talking about all the things we would or could or should be doing, without ever taking any sort of meaningful action toward these ends. You don’t have to wait until you find yourself with no other choice but to slow down and listen to your body-mind. Albeit, if that’s where you find yourself now, you’re exactly where you’re meant to be. That’s where my journey began, too, so let’s walk this walk together.

Lifelong Learner

You are made to adapt and evolve—we humans are the most adaptable species on this planet, after all! Sometimes this learning is forced upon you by life circumstance and other times you are able to choose subjects that resonate with you. Regardless of which has brought you here, this Program gives you the techniques you need to go deep, while surrounding you with a community of support.

Fancy Letters + Credentials

You know all those fancy letters and credentials that come at the end of an expert’s name? They don’t always make sense to those in the outside world, but I’ve got a few of them to share so you can be sure to trust my educational experience, too. A (B.S.) Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and a (M.S.) Master’s degree in Sport Studies, followed by an (ERYT) Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and (YACEP) Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. Lastly, an emphasis in Yoga for Trauma and PTSD from Matthew Sanford, Somatic Abolition Foundations, and Reparative Communal Consultations for White Bodies with Resmaa Menakem.
